Smokey Pepper Rub

Use this spice mix to sprinkle on tofu, marinate steak, whole chicken, pork chops, ribs and fish for the grill or the pan. This seasoning rub also pairs really well with cheese dishes like Raclette and Cheese Fondue! We call this our “Champion Rub” at Anthony The Spice Maker because it’s simply “everyone’s favourite”. You will be hooked! One packet marinates about 2kg of meat or seafood.

How To Use :

Use 40g of Smokey Pepper Rub for 1 kg of meat or seafood.

Sprinkle some oil, then rub/sprinkle the seasoning onto the meat/seafood/tofu evenly.

Refrigerate marinated meat for at least 4 hours before grilling.

For better flavour, allow it to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

For seafood. marinate for 2 – 4 hours.
